New common core standards place an emphasis on students' using technology. This class as a whole has provided me with a wealth of resources to get students actively engaged in technology. I would use Go! Animate at the beginning of a unit. I would divide my students into teams of two or three. Each team would be assigned a concept or topping from the upcoming chapter. They would have to research and learn the topic. After doing this, they would put together a Go! Animate presentation on the classroom set of laptops to introduce the concept or topic to the other students. The students would then rotate around the room from one laptop to the next watching the other students Go! Animate presentations.
